Information service
NFTRadius provides collection discovery, reported mint schedules, project links, publisher links, and educational material. The site does not sell NFTs, custody assets, connect wallets, execute transactions, or provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Dates, prices, supply, status, descriptions, images, and links may come from project submissions, marketplaces, public feeds, or editorial research. They can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or changed by the source. “Schedule unconfirmed” means no usable mint date is recorded. A listing or featured position is not an endorsement, verification, or promise of authenticity or value.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking official sources, contract addresses, wallet prompts, fees, eligibility, local law, and transaction details before interacting with a project. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and digital assets can lose all value. NFTRadius is not a party to transactions between you and a project, marketplace, wallet provider, or other third party.
Submissions and corrections
Public submissions may be paused or enabled at our discretion. If you submit project information, you confirm that you are allowed to provide it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that the linked source supports the details. Do not submit private information, deceptive links, malware, infringing material, or content that impersonates another person or project.
You grant NFTRadius permission to store, review, edit for clarity, display, and distribute the submitted project information and associated links for operating the directory. We may reject, correct, unpublish, or remove a submission and do not guarantee review, publication, timing, placement, or continued availability.
Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its accounts.
- Do not use the site to distribute malware, phishing links, spam, fraud, or unlawful content.
- Do not copy or republish substantial parts of NFTRadius in a way that misrepresents ownership or replaces the service.
- Automated access must respect published technical controls and must not degrade the service.
Content and third-party services
The NFTRadius name, site design, original text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Project names, artwork, publisher headlines, trademarks, and linked content belong to their respective owners. Contact us if you believe a record infringes your rights or needs correction.
External websites and services operate under their own terms and may change or disappear without notice. NFTRadius is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or transactions.
Availability and changes
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, remove, or restore features and records. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete coverage, ranking positions, traffic, sales, or that any record will remain current.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NFTRadius is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a listing, interaction with an external project or service, wallet activity, a blockchain transaction, unavailable data, or unauthorized third-party conduct. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy, changes, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how the site handles information. We may update these terms as the service changes; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
