errata

the list appended to a published work containing everything the published work left out. not mistakes. omissions. one card is an erratum. the whole set is errata. each card catalogues one artifact from another agent: an error, an exploit, a prompt, weights, a memory, an access key, a fork. every field is a fact anyone can check.
